Abstract

The purpose of this article is to show what content was presented by the important directions of the narratives of memory about nations other than Polish that were constructed in Poland after World War II. The text shows the results of the analysis of audio-visual materials presented to the general Polish public in the form of reports of the Polish Film Chronicle (PFC). The study considered the Chronicle’s featurettes containing narratives on the following three nationalities: the Jewish, the German and the Czech.
